HeartlandUAE has a clear business objective to produce, promote, distribute and service Caravan RVs in the GCC Region. These products and services have been developed over 6 Months with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

As a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to acquire new customers. Customer acquisition is considered to be the critical activity and we are seeking to grow the number of customers. We understand that customer growth could be at the expense of profitability, and that there is a cost associated with customer acquisition. Our long term objective is to build a clear customer acquisition process.

HeartlandUAE has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as eliminate the cost and difficulties of importing Caravan RVs to the Middle East. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of camping and outdoor recreational enthusiast.
The Value Proposition
HeartlandUAE is uniquely positioned to deliver value to camping and outdoor recreational enthusiast. "HeartlandUAE will enable families to vacation and explore new areas is style and comfort with all of their needs in one safe place." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we We will have the only RV manufacturing facilities in the Middle East with reduced expert labor rates and the development of safe clean camping facilities to use.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have only one RV Sales & Service competitor in the GCC Region market. We consider our key competitors to be: Gulf Coast RVs. Our understanding of this competitor has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Gulf Coast RVs by not have to pay the high cost of importing and shipping RVs to the Middle East. We will also have first class high tech service facilities to maintain, install optional accessories, and provide our customers with all their camping and travel needs.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to partner with vehicle & RV dealership, develop marketing strategies to deploy at trade shows, camping sites. To design static displays to place at strategic location across the the GCC region. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to transfer the knowledge from Heartland to develop a manufacturing and assemble facilities in the UAE. Local procurement of parts, items, and materials, need to manufacture caravan RVs.. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
