Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Emergency Medical Services market. We consider our key competitors to be: SAM ambulance, Red Cross, and civilian vehicles. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with SAM ambulance, Red Cross, civilian vehicles by implementing properly trained, staffed, and supplied units.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Launching web based app for customer enrolment on various evacuation services. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy with the addition of helicopter assets to expand reach of services while decreasing response times.
