SabreUp has a clear business objective to develop, produce, promote and distribute Event planning and staffing services. These services have been developed over 3 months with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.
The Business Objectives
When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to acquire new customers. Customer acquisition is considered to be the critical activity and we are seeking to grow the number of customers. We understand that customer growth could be at the expense of profitability, and that there is a cost associated with customer acquisition. Our long term objective is to build a clear customer acquisition process.
The Customer
SabreUp has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as The need to put on a first class event to create and improve customer relations as well as create a positive brand image.. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Founders and marketing managers.

SabreUp is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Founders and marketing managers. "SabreUp will Offer your customers an experience that no one else on the market is currently offering. A more interactive form of advertising.." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we I, as the owner of SabreUp, have worked as a promotional model in the events sector for five years before starting this company - thus, I know what works, what doesn't, and how to manage different kinds of people.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Cultivate relationships with partners in the same industry (ie. Venues, event planners, caterers).
Target exhibitors and sponsors at events.
Contact each contact on AMF contact list with customized proposal as to how they can grow their business utilizing my services. . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Expand all over Canada.
Give all staff an ultimatum - they cannot work for Got Ass, CarCandy, Girls of Glam, or Femme Fatale or else they cannot work for me. . These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: My first big corporate client Knowing I won a contract from one of my competitors Making profit in year 2
