In order to deliver on this value proposition, our clients demand timely service for a fair price. JPS can deliver this service based on the experience we have in medical office building management and construction. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the tenant work order and handyman market. We consider our key competitors to be: Contractors and handyman service providers. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively by employing a property service technician/handyman by offering services at a lower rate and respond in a timely manner.
Key Strategies
Our focus will be to Hire a property services technician as soon as possible. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Expand our service to tenants to include bill back handyman service.
