"Shoppe My Style will provide a resale service that allows individuals to express themselves through one of a kind clothing while creating looks that will last well beyond the current season." Immense experience in the fashion industry as well as working as a stylist and fashion photographer will allow this value proposition to be delivered, as vintage dealing is something that I have gained immense knowledge about. Being able to offer timeless, quality pieces in a new, modern way is what is missing from the market. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Affordably Revamped Fashion market. We consider our key competitors to be: Goodwill, Salvation Army and Plato's Closet. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Goodwill, Salvation Army and Plato's Closet through the originality and personification of each individuals shopping experience at Shoppe My Style.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to use social media to promote the new product and service line, as well as collaborating with other up and coming independent businesses to push and promote Shoppe My Style to their growing client base. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to expand the services offered. Within 12 months, Shoppe My Style hopes to be a complete image consulting firm from start to finish.
