In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we buy wholesale, the cheaper we pay the cheaper the customer pays. As owner I place the same values I use for shopping in my personal life as I do while shopping for my Tyree Boutique, LLC customers. I also have a keen eye for starting and spotting trends with my retail background. We at Tyree Boutique, LLC also check other popular websites with the same target audience to find similar products at lower prices. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Women's Apparel and Accessories market. We consider some of our key competitors to be: Urban Outfitters, Forever 21, and Torrid. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Urban Outfitters, Forever 21, and Torrid by having better quality for about the same or even lower prices.
