We have a number of competitors within the Social Responsibility made easy market. We consider our key competitors to be: corporate social responsibility and marketing teams already established by companies. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Individual and corporate social responsibility consulting by modern, Creative, innovative and more cost effective way of doing good without the hassle. Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to CREATE: Meet with both individual and corporate entities to propose strategies for doing good based on their individual needs and capacity,. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to SUPPORT: Manage and execute our clients "good" portfolios based on their individual vision, mission and planned outcomes.These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Obtain a minimum of 4 annual contracted portfolios Obtain a minimum of 20 be good tasks and execute successfully by the end of 2014 and finally, Obtain some media attention
