Cause Affect Change has a clear objective to develop, produce, promote social events and activities to support social causes through social interaction via products and services and activities. These events have been developed with a core focus on addressing the needs of partner nonprofits and their respective causes and constituents.
The Business Objectives
When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to launch a new events/activities. Our growth path is clearly oriented around the addition of new social events/activities and the subsequent marketing of these. It is understood that costs will be associated with event development and marketing and these have been allowed for in our budget.
The Customer
Cause Affect Change has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our nonprofit collaborators and their constituents. Through a structured discovery process, we have validated the key partners and contributors who need or want to do something for our society. Partners through their respective and variety of causes. Contributors through their need to help The causes that have greatly affected their lives and the need to connect to a grater community. This is a critical issue for our selected target market affecting of middle class America.
The Value Proposition
Cause Affect Change is uniquely positioned to deliver value to American society. "Cause Affect Change will I help others by creating events and other social opportunities that help a variety of nonprofits focused on social causes that affect the quality of American life." In order to deliver on this value proposition, our unique approach is collaboration among/across multiple nonprofits. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the nonprofit / cause market. We consider our key competitors to be: Tbd.
Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Tbd by offering professional marketing, creative and unique event planning, skilled fundraising and most importantly, collaboration among xxxx organizations.
Key Strategies
Over the next six months our focus will be on event location and development and selection of cause collaboration. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Launch our first event with planning for a second event or activity. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are:

- donation of 1 million to roster of causes
- implement monetary award to individual constituents
