This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and form the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Scratch Protection market. We consider our key competitors to be: Invisble, Anti clear,Buff armor screen protector etc.. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively. We provide better customer service, and contually finding ways to improve and Innovate! We adjust to market trends.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to use marketing techniques to promote the business to exceed expectations. Customers are First Priority. Keep Customers happy!. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy. In 12 months I would like to add a new innovative product along with one establish, too boost exposure to the brand, making it more attractive. Also adding incentives to benefit existing customers and increase customer base. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Gain 200 or more potential customers. Set up displays to promote business to various locations and acquire potential customers and keep existing customers. Add new products to implement clear coat brand , to boost sales and acquire new customer base.
