Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Open Retail shops in major Conurbations in the UK and supplement these with shops in Holiday resorts and Concession stores . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Build up the brand Funky Fish in the UK. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: First two pop up shops for November/ December 2013 to test market 5 shops up and running and in profit by the end of the first year. Within 5 years min of 20 shops strategically placed in major conurbations in the UK and traditional UK holiday destinations.
