Games Mark HQ has a clear business objective to develop, produce, promote and distribute Video Games products and services. These products and services have been developed over 2 years with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we We are directly involved with our market by building clnnections and understandings with gamers at Lan Centers and Local Gaming Events. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

We have a number of competitors within the Video Games market. We consider our key competitors to be: Valve, Rovio. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Valve, Rovio by We plan on the longevity of our games and not just one hit wonders that release as we feel but work for the demand of our gamers..


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Assemble a new team concieved of artists, programmers, and designers to create new AAA titles , comprabable to big studios, on a low budget. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Start designs for the next competative design.. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
