SPACE Gallery Pomona has a clear business objective to develop artists,, produce printed art in house, promote and sell the artwork of deserving artists. We will also offer darkroom services products and services to artists & youth through the F/8 Young Artists Program. Our mission, objectives and darkroom services have been developed over one year with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem associated opportunities.
The Business Objectives
When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, we endeavor to align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to grow profitability. It is critical that we balance revenue growth with the growth in our cost base. Whilst the desire for profitable growth may constrain our growth rate, it is more important that revenue growth in isolation.
The Customer
SPACE Gallery Pomona has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as Making target market aware of the value of the art we have for sale, and creating awareness of our much needed service. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Art collectors from I.E & L.A..
The Value Proposition
SPACE Gallery Pomona is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Art collectors from I.E & L.A.. "SPACE Gallery Pomona will Provide collectible fine art at prices commensurate with the value & call for the work. We offer uncommon darkroom rental space.." In order to deliver on this value proposition, We have the ability to mine talented high value artists before they break big in the art scene & their works become cost exclusive to some. We also provide darkroom rental time, which is uncommon in most cities and fosters emerging artists. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Art Concepts as we have the ability to act as a fine art incubator, a service provider for emerging fine artists & a gallery for the sale of the works of deserving fine artists. There are no galleries known to us that utilize this business model.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus at SPACE will be to offer rental darkroom services by January 2014. . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Create and sustain an ongoing Professional Photographer Mentor / Yourh workshop called The "F/8 Youth Mentorship Program." Underprivileged youth will be paired with a professional photographer in a 12 week program where they will learn photography, printing & processing. This will be free to underprivileged / disadvantaged youth & other youth will be charged a nominal fee. . These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Create enough profit from Darkroom rental services to cover $2,400 per month Create 1,000.00 per month in gallery commissions Increase darkroom rental revenues to $5,000 per month
