Speakapedia Inc. has a clear business objective to develop, produce, promote and distribute Educational Technology products and services. These products and services have been developed over 2 years with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to launch a new product. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as having no option for an interactive innovative learning experience. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of teachers and students.

The Value Proposition

Speakapedia Inc. is uniquely positioned to deliver value to teachers and students. "Speakapedia Inc. will create a unique learning experience using artificial intelligents." In order to deliver on this value proposition, Speakapedia will create robots that are able to conquer the most particular algorithms to give a smooth learning experience, and remember that we create our own lane in the educational technology market. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We do not have many competitors within the Educational Technology market. We consider our key competitor to be K-12. Our understanding of this competitor has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with K-12 because of our artificial intelligents learning system.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to launch Speakapedia.org and perfect the speakapedia service.This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to update Speakapedia's user interface and start on the development of the Smart Binder. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: launch Speakapedia.org, reach 5,000,000 subscribers to the speakapedia website, and finish development of the Smart Binder
