In order to deliver on this value proposition, we do business completely different than all other realtors and virtually guaranties 2 things.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Phoenix realty market. We consider our key competitors to be: local area realtors and hundreds of real estate brokerages.. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Thousands of realtors and hundreds of real estate brokerages. by Our specific sales training and lead generation techniques which produce successfull transactions. .


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Schedule 5 meetings per day.

Hire an assistant/recruiter. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to List 100 homes

Hire 25 agents and full time office manager

. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: 200 listings 100 agents 2 fulltime managers and 1 assistant
