Everybody Is Equal 1 Page Business Plan
Overview
Everybody Is Equal has a clear business objective to help poor economic countries by the service provided. This service have been developed over a short period of time with a core focus on addressing the key customer problems and helping the world.
The Business Objectives
Our key long term business objective is to grow profitability. It is critical that we balance revenue growth with the growth in our cost base. Whilst the desire for profitable growth may constrain our growth rate, it is more important to remember it is helping other societies.
The Customer
Everybody Is Equal has been created with a clear focus on the needs of others. The key threats to the business areas receiving 'charity' status, promoting awareness and attracting custom. These are critical issue for our selected target market. The targeted customer is young professionals and professional business people looking to help their CV's.
The Value Proposition
Everybody Is Equal is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Professional business people looking to help their CV's. "Everybody Is Equal will provide a fantastic opportunity to give back something to the world whilst simultaneously making them different to every other business professional." In order to deliver on this value proposition, i plan to follow the three milestones mentioned below. I know I can make it succeed as I have been in the professionals position and understand they need to make theirselves different to become desirable when going for a new job or promotion. This capability will take considerable time and resources to develop the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
I have a number of competitors within the market. The key competitors are:
Real Gap
I-to-I
Oxfam
Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Real Gap and I-to-I as they are very similar. however Oxfam provides a slightly different company/charity.
I know this will succeed because I am a young entrepreneur who is focused in delivering his best. I have seen parts of the world which are upsetting and it's time for me to help by inspiring people to make a difference which will see my company launching.
Key Strategies
Over the next 10 months my focus will be to go to Africa to build houses for the poor. The charity I plan to launch will provide people the opportunity to do the same things as I plan to do at a competitive price. The company will make a profit from the sale, but will help develop the economic area and provide people with the opportunity to understand the pain each person suffers.
This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to build connections by demanding cheaper flights and accommodation. So profit per service will be higher.
I would also like to extend the help to more countries such as Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam allowing further charitable opportunities for customers.
These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are:
Go to Africa and volunteer, make connections and bonds with the locals.
Build an extensive plan, gain the status of a charity and build business connections to become a strong competitor.
Launch the business in 2015.
