In order to deliver on this value proposition, with Doctor of pharmacy and Bachelor of science degree on chemistry and over ten years experience.This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Medications and Health products market. We consider our key competitors to be: Other drug stores. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Other drug stores because they raise their prices and make the medications unaffordable for the community. We are genuinely interested in helping the poor,since we have easy access to American pharmaceutical companies to supply the products. Also knowledge of the entire health needs and basics.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Find a nice location easily accessible by most people and design the space to upscale standard environment. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Choose the type of medications to supply and expand out to cosmetics. Would eventually need to run a free clinic Saturdays once a month by a nurse or doctor. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
