We have a number of competitors within the Real Estate market. We consider our key competitors to be: Jack Gaughen Realtor ERA, Re/Max, Ronnie Martin Realty. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Jack Gaughen Realtor ERA, Re/Max, Ronnie Martin Realty by Home Smart Realty offers the best mortgages, interest rates and home insurance along with see less coordination with settlement and closing in-house departments and special savings on home services like Internet, TV, Home telephone service, home security systems and electric and natural gas savings plans with local providers.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Increase prospecting efforts thru newspaper ads, internet, billboard ads and direct mailing using USPS Every Door Direct program.. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Expand marketing efforts into Niche Markets. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
