Las Vegas Brewing Company is uniquely positioned to deliver value to beer connoisseurs and foodies. "Las Vegas Brewing Company will Hand crafted beers paired with delicious, simple, foods. "In order to be deliver on this value proposition, Jonathan Mattson and the head Brewmaster come from San Diego, the micro brew capital of San Diego. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Micro Brew market. We consider our key competitor to be: Sin City Brewing Company. Our understanding of our competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Sin City Brewing Company. While Sin City offers a great product, they are centered ok the Las Vegas Strip. The majority of their business is from tourists who may never return. Las Vegas Brewing Company will acquire an ideal location off the strip which will attract tourists AND residents who wish to avoid the strip completely and create RETURN customers.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to recruit a brew master and head chef. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to launch souvenir products such as pint glasses, shorts, sweaters, etc. . These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones
