Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problems as "not having enough time to do the job right and not doing what they know they should be doing." This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Real estate agents.

MLMS Video Lab is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Real estate agents. "MLMS Video Lab will Help increase their business with professional video and pictures." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we will take care of all their video and picture needs as well as delivering it to the internet portals we feel are important to grow their business. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Video and Photography market. We consider our key competitors to be: Video Factory and OBEO. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Video Factory and OBEO by offering excellent customer service, a competitive price structure as well as 'true video' and professional pictures. We will strive to be our customers only source for all their media needs.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to present my services to prospective customers. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to be in 50 real estate offices by close of 2014.These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Obtain 200 real estate agents as customers Produce 1000 green screen introductions Gross revenue of $200,000.
