Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as not being able to afford their own 3d printer for Prototyping, crafting, and gifts. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Student, inventors, or anyone else with an idea or a need.

3D Boutique is uniquely positioned to deliver value to anyone with a need. "3D Boutique will Deliver anything that can be printed on a 3d printer. In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we will provide a printer for the customer to use rather than their being forced to buy one of their own. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the 3D Printer Services market. We consider our key competitors to be individuals who lend out their machines. There are not currently any stores that allow people to use their printers. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with individuals who lend out their machines by offering a brick and mortar store that people can look at items that have been printed as well as create hands on.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to offer 3d services in a variety of streams. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to buy a 3d printer and establish a portfolio of products..
