Over the next 6 months our focus will be to provide existing customer base a new resource for crane services. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to start up with four 110-120 ton class mobile cranes and rapidly grow the fleet as needed. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Achieve 100% utilization within first month. Obtain exclusive contracts with key customers. Own 8 - 10 new cranes in 12 months
