In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we We will be produce cassava at lowest cost and deliver in shortest time. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Raw cassava, starch and bammy market. We consider our key competitors to be: Small and medium farmers. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Small and medium farmers by Access to good quality land with water and good transport.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to 1. Seek business partners/ hire staff
2. Lease land
3. Sign agreement with Deageo
4. Seek financing. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Produce cassava flour and bammy. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
