Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Love Photography, Spool Media, and We Are Heroes Films by being Cheaper and more flexible, and catering more directly to their needs.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will bneeds raise awareness with a Marketing campaign through flyer distribution & social networking.. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy of advertising through social media. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
