J Motors has a clear business objective to provide Tyres Wheels Car Servicing products and services. These products and services have been developed over New venture with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

"J Motors will Provide a honest no nonsense reliable service that is second to none out shinning competitors, going that extra mile and never leaves you out of pocket unnecessarily." In order to deliver on this value proposition, our unique approach puts the customer first giving them the honest options where they can decide what's best for them. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Tyres Wheels Car Servicing market. We consider our key competitors to be: Autodrive, ATS Euromaster, JD Vehicle Services, K&K Coachworks, M&S Autos. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Obtain strong returning customer base 100+ and launch new audio service and expand workshop.
