Jimmical has a clear business objective to publish, promote and distribute weight loss planning services. These services have been developed over 3 years with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to launch a new product. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of People in the 40 40 club; 40 yrs or older and 40 or more lbs overweight..

Jimmical is uniquely positioned to deliver value to People in the 40 40 club; 40 yrs or older and 40 or more lbs overweight. "Jimmical will show consumers a way to plan and execute an effective weight loss program." In order to deliver on this value proposition, we I have the knowledge based garnered from my own experience losing 180 lbs at age 54.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the weight loss planning market. We consider our key competitors to be: I don't know of anyone targeting this market segment.. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with I don't know of anyone targeting this market segment. by Jimmical provides a doctor approved strategy for weight loss.

The plan targets people who are older and more likely to have difficulty with weight loss.

This plan provides realistic guidance to help achieve serious weight loss goals..


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our primary task will be to publish the plan manuscript. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to develop a marketing strategy. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
