Life's Deep Dive has a clear business objective to deliver Life Coaching & Balance services. These services have been developed over years with a core focus on addressing the key client challenges and associated opportunities.

In order to deliver on this value proposition, we tap into our enormous catalog of knowledge gained through life experiences & education. We possess a unique ability to collaborate & foster growth. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Life Coaching & Guidance market. We consider our key competitors to be: faith based organizations. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with faith based organizations by scope of experience.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to institute a discipline of daily task completion based on priorities & learning environments. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy of building into others. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 12-18 months are: 1) Obtain credentials in form of certification; 2) Obtain 5 clients and 3) Secure no less than 3 speaking engagements
