May7th Online has a clear business objective to develop, produce, promote and distribute Apparel, Accessories and Shoe products. These products have been developed over 6 months with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to grow revenue. Rapid revenue growth is considered the most critical and measurable business goal. At this stage of our development, we consider this to be more important than profitability growth, although both are important long term objectives.

Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as showcasing apparel, accessories and shoes for men and women.. The store will also cater to all sizes from XS to 4X. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Royal Garb Boutique.
The Value Proposition
May7th Online is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Royal Garb Boutique. "May7th Online will showcase items that are for the grown, sexy & sophisticated... We want our customers to feel great in our apparel no matter who the person is or the size of the person.." In order to be able to deliver on this value proposition, our goal is to market to not only women, but to men and to focus on catering to customers that are on the heavier sexy side.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Apparel, Accessories and Shoe market. We consider our key competitors to be: JustFab, Sammy Dress, & eboutiquefashions to just name a few. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with JustFab, Sammy Dress, & eboutiquefashions by not only satisfying the female customer, but the male customer as well..
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to seek all types of wholesale buyers and to start to promote my business as much as possible as frequent as possible.. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to expand into opening a store front upon the online store doing well for the first 12 months.. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Obtain 50 customers I. The first month, A loyal clientele of 150 in the first 6 months & to Ship out 1000 items in 8 months
