In order to deliver on this value proposition, my unique cookies and cakes are the ultimate in taste and quality that nobody will be able to pass by the store without coming in to try. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Cakes, cookies, sweet treats market. We consider our key competitors to be: Katrina's Cakes and Treats & Hidden goldmine. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Katrina's Cakes and Treats & Hidden goldmine by providing a comfortable lounge area and serve coffee, tea and other beverages with free consultation on party planning your sweet treats to suit everyone's needs and also online ordering service.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Find the perfect location to open my shop.
