In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we will pass on the savings from our low over head down to our customers. This capability has taken considerable fiscal discipline and personal resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the lawn cutting market. We consider our key competitor to be: Mr. Goodlawn. Our understanding of this competitor has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Mr. Goodlawn by providing greater value for a professional lawn cutting.


Key Strategies

Over the next 4 months our focus will be to distribute door handle flyers, advertise on social media and network with local businesses.. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to have enough clientele to run four full days of work starting in 2015. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Obtain 30 regular residential customers. Obtain 2 regular commercial customers and hire an employee.
