R3Industries has a clear business objective to distribute Wholesale and retail products products. These products have been developed over 1 month with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to acquire new customers. Customer acquisition is considered to be the critical activity and we are seeking to grow the number of customers. R3Industries is uniquely positioned to deliver value to bargain conscious shoppers. "R3Industries will have access to the most popular products at below retail prices." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we have low overhead and several of the largest vendors to supply the most popular products as well as having access to one of the largest and most trusted advertising and e-retailers in the world. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Wholesale and retail products market. We consider our key competitors to be: Costco, SAMs club, Walmart, Overstock.com, Ebates.com. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Costco, SAMs club, walmart, Overstock.com, Ebates.com. Low overhead and the strength of an established and respected e-retailer with several retail streams of income and a vested interest in my success as a partner and second to none customer service, training and infrastructure to sell my products all over the world. .


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to create awareness through social media, build a web site and partner with amazon.com to sell my products. . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to expand into the international export market. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Branch out into international sales, hire employees and develop my own product.
