Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the spicy wet food market. We consider our key competitors to be: Ramen Gorila and gokana. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Ramen Gorila and gokana by Unique taste and new product launch periodically.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to New branch, hire more employee, more promo. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to 6 new branches, launch 3 new menu in this year.
