Bouncy palace has a clear business objective to promote Health and fun services. These services have been developed over 3 months with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

The Business Objectives

When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to acquire new customers. Customer acquisition is considered to be the critical activity and we are seeking to grow the number of customers. We understand that customer growth could be at the expense of profitability, and that there is a cost associated with customer acquisition. Our long term objective is to build a clear customer acquisition process.

Bouncy palace has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as ther are very limited things in the Bronx region of children to do. And to got into other boroughs is very pricey.

The Value Proposition

Bouncy palace is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Children. "Bouncy palace will I provided a very fun and safe all year round play area for children." We encourage interactive play "get up and go" not video games and gambling games, children need exercise and cognitive build activities that promote health hearts and brains. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.The bouncy palace will help children exercise all year around. Parents can have a piece of mind because their children will be safe and indoors away from harsh winter weather or over heated summer days and rainy days. My business will provide people with jobs in the community as well.. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Children.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Health and fun market. We consider our key competitors to be: Children's museum or manhattan and Brooklyn, chuck e cheese, klub-4kidz, kids fun house. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Children's museum, chucky e cheese, klub-4kidz, kids fun house by More affordable admission fees, and birthday packages. Bouncy palace also has inflatable bouncers for all ages. We also have a huge soft play area for ages 23 months to 12 years old.


Key Strategies

Over the next year our focus will be a lot of promoting . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Bring in as many costumer as possible, have as many birthday parties as possible . These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Obtain at least 100 customers daily, Have at least 5,000 birthday parties a year, and to Expand to other boroughs.
