Cerene Massage has a clear business objective to develop, produce, promote and distribute mobile massage services. These services have been developed over 8 months with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

Cerene Massage is uniquely positioned to deliver value to The Hardworking Willistoner. "Cerene Massage will reward our customers with an unprecedented massage experience after a long day of hardwork at their desired Williston location." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we our team of massage therapists is not only formally trained and licensed but can deliver a customized massage plan in various modalities. We outsource only the best therapists in the industry nationally. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the mobile massage market. We consider our key competitors to be: Jackies Bath and Body and other independent contractors in niche markets. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Jackies Bath and Body and other independent contractors in niche markets by being able to offer our customized services to clients at their desired location 12 hours a day.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to gather a team of 15 of the best massage therapists in rotation.. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to expand into a physical on-location massage studio. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones.
