In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we have a lifetime of experience with European food to launch a new and different product in a tired industry that is over saturated by burgers, sandwiches, wraps, etc.... This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Crépes, Croissants, Nutella Pancake Balls, Coffee Drinks market. We consider our key competitors to be: Starbucks, Erie Island Cafe, Chipotle, 5 Guys Burgers. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Starbucks, Erie Island Cafe, Chipotle, 5 Guys Burgers because the Crepe is a unique and super tasty product that has not become mainstream yet, but is gaining popularity in the USA very quickly.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Utilize social media to increase customer awareness. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to expand the product line and position ourselves into opening a secondary location and so on. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Break even in Average Monthly Operational Costs, Average $300/mo profit by the 12th month, Average $1000/mo profit by the 18th month and open up a second location.
