We have a number of competitors within the Family entertainment centre and arcade market. We consider our key competitors to be: Silver bird, wonderland, and jingles. Over the next 6 months our focus will be to There should be a correct mix of games. Every customer being attended to equally and effectively and should feel satisfied after service. It should be located in a highly dense area of all kinds of activities. Competitors are always to be kept on check.It should be geared towards young teens, young adult, kids ,family,school,churches,play ground. Marketing aggressively and effective. Direct advertising. Discount coupons. High quality website. Offering group discounts. Grand opening. Large format attraction( laser tags, go karts, play ground). Week to week form of advertising and marketing. There should be a high play value and playability. To get more customers you only as good s your lady performance. Creating a non competitive challenges for kids(it differs). The cast members should make the facility as much fun as possible, interactive and entertaining specific to your targeted age users. There should be lots of activity going on in the facility.
