I'm Living Life - ILL is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Teenagers/Young Adults. "I'm Living Life - ILL will Provide an affordable way to stand out and wear clothes with purpose and value.." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we20% of our profits goes to Children Healthcare of Atlanta, which adds the value to our clothes. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Modern Day Clothing market. We consider our key competitors to be: Pink Dolphin, Hollister, Supreme, Billionaire Boys Club, Adidas, and Obey. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Pink Dolphin, Hollister, Supreme, Billionaire Boys Club, Adidas, and Obey by Giving back to the community, creating paths for new entrepreneurs, and fresh new designs.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Meet all local talent in the mid-Atlanta area to add support to the clothing line. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to create a venue for new and upcoming artists to consistently perform at. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next year are: 20,000 followers on Social Media Get Sponsorship with Children's Healthcare Of Atlanta Gain 5000 dollars in profit.
