"J brown deer trading and wildlife management ltd will strive to produce only the finest of stock for sale as venison ,breeding only the finest of stock and reared to the highest speciations for selling on for finishing,petting zoos,parks etc." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we put are heart and soul into what we do all our livestock is treated very well and fairly to the highest of standards.Our breeding hinds and stags that go for live sale,or the calfs.These are all looked after at a one to one basis as are livestock for meat are.Our farming is traditional as well as very modern taking on the best ways of doing things and we are also planning on farming a traditional cattle herd /sheep or even having a livery alongside our deer park,listening to new ways as well as traditional ways of farming. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We don't really have many real competitors as we work along side each other mostly and our market is more to the side of quality not quantity as a very large deer farm would find it harder to achieve if only mass producing deer just for venison,also how different of a farm we want to be by mixing traditional farming eg sheep,cattle alongside deer farming and making it work makes us different from the rest.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to To diversify traditional farming by producing venison to the highest possible standard and rearing livestock for live sales whilst working alongside traditional farming practices. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to maintain a good profit and upkeep of the farm and to get the maximum potential possible out of what we have. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Create a perfect bloodline in a herd Farm traditionally alongside diversified farming such as deer Open a public attraction eg.petting zoo
