Overview

Stowe Eyecare has a clear business objective to produce Ocular Health services. These services have been developed over 3+ with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

The Business Objectives

When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to acquire new customers. Customer acquisition is considered to be the critical activity and we are seeking to grow the number of customers. We understand that customer growth could be at the expense of profitability, and that there is a cost associated with customer acquisition. Our long term objective is to build a clear customer acquisition process.

The Customer

Stowe Eyecare has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as The need to have an optometrist that treats them on a personal level; a Dr they can actually have a conversation with. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Individuals aged 0-99+.

The Value Proposition

Stowe Eyecare is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Individuals aged 0-99+. "Stowe Eyecare will Provide a personal level of service to every patient that makes them feel like they are an important person, with questions and needs, not just another customer or "test subject" being used to bolster the reputation of a machine or the practice itself.." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we Dr Brodmann has extensive experience with children and geriatrics. She cares about the individual person FIRST then focuses on the health problem. This leads to a level of trust and comfortability on behalf of the patient not found at any other practice in the area.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Ocular Health market. We consider our key competitors to be: Robert Baumann and Associates, Dr. Seidel, Dr Garbutt, Waterbury Eyecare Center. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Robert Baumann and Associates, Dr. Seidel, Dr Garbutt, Waterbury Eyecare Center by Dr Brodmann herself.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Targeted direct mailing aimed at promoting the personal level of our service.. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Ambitious follow up and recall with established patients in effort to get them to bring in new patients and manage current ocular conditions. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Being a Debt-Free Business Reaching a goal of $500,000.00 gross annual revenue Reaching a goal of $1,000,000.00 gross annual revenue
