Tastier has a clear business objective to develop, produce, promote and distribute Fresh Food products and services. These products and services have been developed over 0 with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to launch a new product. We have a number of competitors within the Fresh Food market. We consider our key competitors to be: Local business selling teas and coffees BUT No other business in the village is offering the food and style that we will be offering . Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Open a retail outlet selling and offering both seated and takeaway FRESH FOOD & DRINKS . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Cafe Style but mid to high end quality NOT Quantity build a relationship with local consumers and a good reputation within the village . These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones
