Tribal Training has a clear business objective to offer unique fitness training services. The core focus on addressing the key customer problems and associated opportunities.

When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to acquire new customers and to open multiple tribal training centres regionally. Customer acquisition is considered to be the critical activity and we are seeking to grow the number of customers. We understand that customer growth could be at the expense of profitability, and that there is a cost associated with customer acquisition. Our long term objective is to build a clear customer acquisition process.

The Customer

Tribal Training has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as Being no cross fit style or group mixed strong man type class and community available in the north of stoke on Trent.. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of All over 18's.

The Value Proposition

Tribal Training is uniquely positioned to deliver value to All over 18's. "Tribal Training is group training facility that you only need to spend 30 minutes per session to achieve fast and desirable results. You will not be bored as every class set up differently. You will become part of a team attending social events and competitions against other gyms.." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we offer unique training routines incorporate old school strong man, gymnastics, boxing training and more. This will burn fat, build muscle and stoke up your resting metabolism. Mental clarity and improved cognitive thinking are positive side effects of this training. Every session is different so you will not be bored in the same routine. You will make friends and become part of a team, not just a number in an over crowded fitness club.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Fitness training market. We consider our key competitors to be:
Caveman training.
Guerrilla training.
Cross fit napalm.
Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Caveman training, guerrilla training and cross fit napalm by offering a Wider selection of innovative equipment and training methods. Website features will allow members to vote for type of class music. Classes will be taken in a disco environment with special effects lighting. Tribal training will be less expensive than caveman training. I am level 3 personal trainer with kettle bell and strength and conditioning qualifications. I will offer boxing training with professional boxer. I will arrange team events.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Launch interactive website.
Find suitable premises.
Offer free inductions.
Buy new innovative equipment.
These tasks will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to that is to offer hire of gym space to personal trainers. We will also be offering tribal merchandise, sports massage services, and will be looking to acquire a second premises.
Look to acquire a second premises.
These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are:
1000 clients per week.
Introduce tribal merchandise.
Begin hire out use of facilities to to other personal trainers.
Look to acquire second site.
