Convenu is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Freelancers. "Convenu will provide a service for P2P agreements; to facilitate, track, and give reminders." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we have designed a unique approach to agreements which created a thin CRM, scheduler, reminder, and payment network. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Online P2P agreement tracking market. We consider our key competitors to be: freelancer.com, salesforce.com. However they target more of a B2B market. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with freelancer.com, Salesforce.com which target more of a B2B market by unique P2P focus and customer loyalty built on simple full disclosure..
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Grow the development team to 8 members and deliver all phase one features by August 1st. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Complete all launch features by December 31St, and host a launch party in the second week of January. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: launch in January obtain 100 users obtain 1000 users
