JD Decking is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Designed Decking And Entertainment. "JD Decking will put all there time and effort into designing and building adventurous tree houses aswell as we like to build decking to make your house look how you want it.." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we like to keep costs low but not too low so we can make a profit, we also offer a 1 years free repair service for all our services so if anything goes wrong phone us we'll come out and repair it for you free of charge, we're young adults who have a passion of building things we love to build for parents who want there children to have an adventure in there garden.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Building entertainment market. Unfortunately we can not find a company that builds tree houses aswell as decking in our area.. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with keeping our costs low. Because there's no businesses like ours in our area we would make sure we make our customers happy so we can get our business name out there to gain more customers at the beginning we will start off with some promotional offers to get the attention of family's looking to give there children a wonderful childhood aswell as making there own home look fantastic with our decking services .
Key Strategies

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Build 2-3 tree houses and join them up with rope bridges to make an adventure type garden. Design and build decking with built in wooden plant pots. Design and build tree houses above each other with stairs.
