Corporate Consulting has a clear business objective to develop, produce, promote and distribute Consulting services services that enables the Bank to create needed capacity. These services have been developed and refined over 4 years with a core focus on addressing the key customer business challenges and executing against targeted opportunities.

The Business Objectives

When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to demonstrate our value proposition to the Bank and acquire new customers. Customer acquisition is considered to be the critical activity and we are seeking to grow the number of customers who have capacity challenges We understand that customer growth could be at the expense of profitability, and that there is a cost associated with customer acquisition. Our long term objective is to build a clear customer acquisition process.

Corporate Consulting has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured discovery process, we have the ability partner with our customers within business lines and across the Bank to help businesses identify and execute against meaningful improvement opportunities. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Bank Leadership.

The Value Proposition

Corporate Consulting is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Bank Leadership. "Corporate Consulting will Provide a service that creates operating capacity for business leaders to redeploy against strategic objectives." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we Our team partners with business leaders and are vested in their success from strategic engagement planning, program management and execution, capability development for the staff, and the development of management systems that provide business leaders a clear view into the ongoing performance and resource utilization for their business to supported by advanced analytics to support decision making. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Consulting services market. We consider our key competitors to be: External management consulting firms, local staff continuous improvement staff and Applications Development . Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with external management consulting firms, local staff, and Applications Development as Our team is experienced with proven results in strategic business transformation and takes a One Bank view that enables them to identify and execute cross Bank improvement opportunities.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Expand relationship with our anchor client, FISG, to demonstrate our capability to help business meet their strategic goals (capacity creation, employee satisfaction) task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Expand relationship with Statistics to transform businesses in advance of a significant IT investment. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are:

Successfully hardwire capacity gains in FISG

Showcase compelling enterprise and business value of Cheesecake

Demonstrate the value proposition for "front end BPE" as a precursor to IT investments vs "lift & shift".
