In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we Our team are a group of realist with many attitudes, life styles, and wisdom which gives us the leads to different aspects of life.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the shirts, hoodies, and hat market. We consider our key competitors to be: Nike, Lucky Brand, Polo, Reebok, Jordan. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Nike, Lucky Brand, Polo, Reebok, Jordan by Because we show life through words and designs, promoting to be positive about yourself and situations. .
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to save money for product, while brain storming multiple ideas, and also acquire a logo that fits out name . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Lunch new product designs for shirts, hoodies, and hats. 8 different shirt designs, 8 different hoodie designs, and 4 hat designs. . These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
