In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we intended to having a strategic alliance with a local brewery to ensure Keg Boys provides the lowest costing kegs of beer and cider. Also by having an easy to use mobile bar for customers with a simple and cheap keg system for parties. This capability has taken considerable time to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a limited number of competitors within the keg equipment hire market within Bathurst. We consider our key competitors to be: Shanahans family hotel, . Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Shanahans family hotel, by providing cheaper price on alcohol, with the keg dispensing equipment more durable and functional, designed specifically for parties.

Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to create a monthly pre drinks party sponsored/funded by Keg Boys and the "local Brewery" to increase awareness of the products and services of Keg Boys and to reenforce the great advantages of having kegs at parties to both customers and potential customers. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Increase advertising and promotions to grow revenue and increase consumer awareness.
