CircusAle is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Entertainment module. "CircusAle will Provide entertainment for vacationers and locals alike." In order to deliver on this value proposition, we need a new idea with new ideas and a great cast. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and form the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Psycho Circus variety show market. We consider our key competitors to be: None. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with no persons because our value of our product will surpass like competitors.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be Business loan, Licenses, staffing, securing the venue, and designing the space.
