Marla Fulton Health has a clear business objective to promote Health and Wellness services. These services have been developed over 12 months with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as Help baby boomers overcome self doubt and apathy to reclaim health and vitality no matter what their size.. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Baby boomers.

Marla Fulton Health is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Baby boomers. "Marla Fulton Health will I coach baby boomers to overcome self-doubt and destructive habits to achieve an active, happy, and healthy lifestyle.." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we I personally overcame a lifetime of obesity and low self-esteem to become a healthy, vibrant, and woman. My experiences along the way taught me what it takes to turn around your self defeating habits and mistaken mind sets.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

We have a number of competitors within the Health and Wellness market. We consider our key competitors to be: Other health coaches
