Loud Pipes is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Young adults. "Loud Pipes will Sell T-shirts that offer a different look on life to 50 customers a day." In order to deliver on this value proposition, my unique brand gives an identity to people who feel that they aren't noticed enough. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the We sell t-shirts market. We consider our key competitors to be: Pink Dolphin, Sean John, SouthPole. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Pink Dolphin, Sean John, SouthPole. While they go more after celebrities, I want to go after the non-celebrities of today. People who are not in the media.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to be more proactive on social media and be more proactive on face-to-face networking. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy once I get a decent following I will introduce new products to my market.
