ETrader is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Sports Enthusiasts. "ETrader will sell sports products, either first or second hand reliably.." In order to deliver on this value proposition, we will be reliable and will constantly have stock available. We will also deliver quickly and reliably.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Sports Products market. We consider our key competitors to be: Nike, Adidas, Sports Direct, JJB and ProDirect. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Nike, Adidas, Sports Direct, JJB and ProDirect by trading first and second hand products at a cheaper price..
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to start trading on Ebay. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to start getting more stock and become a known name. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
