Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Networking and Telecommunication Service market. We consider our key competitors to be: Phone Power, ObiTalk, ActivePBX. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Phone Power, ObiTalk, ActivePBX. Phone Power and ObiTalk have business in the residential market, but they sell their services and products directly to the customers and they don't give to them a turnkey solution. The technical level of their customers must be middle-high. We deliver to the residential building a complete turnkey solution the final customer doesn't need to make a configuration of the products. ActivePBX is a company that have all the services based on a cloud concept, but this have a big disadvantage the offices not have a backup line. This means that if the office has a problem with the Internet connection they don't have the phone line too. We provide to our customers a server office base with a total backup for the phone line. Without having the internet connection they can continue to receive and make calls..


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to We will find new customers by marketing and meetings with key people of companies. Our new customers are usually companies that they didn't have customer care with the previous supplier.We will show to our new customers the past works and the experience and passion that we put in our job. We don't want leave our customers alone and this will help us to have new customers.. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to After acquiring new customers and fixed their problems we want to continue to sell them our services and products because to have a good service they need to be always updated..
